Accommodation Rules

• Day visitors are allowed until 10.00 pm.

• Any visitor staying over after this time will be liable for full payment.

• For safety reasons gates will be locked at 11.00 pm for your Safety & Security.

• A R500 breakage deposit is required .Refundable if no breakage occurs. Hours of Occupancy

• Arrival is strictly from 2.00 pm onwards and departure is by 11.00 am on departure date.

• Additional time required for the facility will incur extra charges and can be negotiated with the

Supervisor for the extended period. Cancellation Rules.

• Our policy refers to a 100 % deposit.

• Cancel on day of arrival or during stay – the full payment due must be levied

• In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed.

• Cancel 1 – 14 days before date of arrival or a no show – full deposit payable

• Cancel 15 – 28 days before date of arrival – 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.

• Cancel 28+ days before date of arrival – 50% of deposit paid or 25& of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.

• On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, We will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days. We will levy a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185.00 will be charged.

Facilities Usage.

• STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC.

• Other Utilities to be used entirely at your own risk.

• No Braai and Open Fire except in Designated Areas.

• No playing of open contact sports.
